The dental tray can connect to various devices. Find the appropriate adapter and insert it into the tray. After brushing your teeth, apply the serum to the front surfaces of your teeth. When using the serum for the first time, you may need to twist the applicator several times to fully dispense the product. Using the brush, spread the serum by brushing from the top of each tooth downward.。
Place the dental tray in your mouth and gently seal your lips around it. Leave it in for 9 to 30 minutes. Remove the tray (you may spit out excess saliva at this point), disconnect the adapter, and rinse the tray with clean water. You may also clean it with mild hand soap. After patting it dry, store it in its case.
Use once daily for 21 days, followed by touch-ups as needed—we recommend at least twice weekly.
